Command Education is a rapidly growing, high-end education consulting and tutoring firm that guides students through succeeding in high school and the college application process. We are seeking recent college graduates from top-tier universities to join the team. The Senior Mentor position is full-time and remote. Total compensation is a competitive combination of base salary and annual bonus. To meet that expectation, all of our Senior Mentors are graduates of Ivy League or Ivy+ universities. This ensures our team brings first-hand experience, credibility, and a deep understanding of the admissions process at the institutions our students aspire to attend.

As a Senior Mentor you’ll join a team of highly accomplished educators and advisors who combine exceptional academic backgrounds with a passion for guiding students through their high school journey and college applications.

What we offer you:

This role is being hired at Tier 1 within our career framework, with a targeted base salary range of $75,000-$80,000. This position is part of a broader multi-tier structure, and compensation may vary over time based on experience, performance, and internal advancement opportunities. In accordance with applicable law, this range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base salary for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
